Last week in Washington, D.C., Warrior Rising hosted the Saluting Her Service Business Shower & Gala, honoring the incredible women founders who took the stage to pitch their businesses before a live audience. The evening was filled with resilience, innovation, and community—an unforgettable celebration of women leading the way in entrepreneurship.
🥇 First Place: Dr. Darla Bishop – Finansis LLC
Dr. Darla Bishop, founder of Finansis LLC, is on a mission to make financial wellness accessible at every stage of life. From her bilingual youth program Piggy Bank Pathways to her nationally recognized books and speaking, she blends personal experience with behavioral science to help families build lasting wealth and stability.

🥈 Second Place: Tiffany Jones – TJL Collection
U.S. Navy Veteran Tiffany Jones turned a personal challenge into TJL Collection, a fashion brand redefining style for tall women. Featured in Essence, CBS, and NY Magazine, her inclusive designs—worn by WNBA players and celebrities—are changing the industry and giving tall women a seat at the table.

🥉 Third Place: Robyn Gray – Gray Fit Training & Recovery
As founder of Gray Fit Training & Recovery, Robyn Gray has helped athletes secure over $50 million in scholarships through elite sports performance and injury prevention training. A former Olympic trainer and semi-pro athlete, she’s committed to shaping confident, resilient young people who thrive on and off the court.

An Evening to Remember
This year’s event featured an inspiring lineup of pitches, thoughtful conversations, and a special performance from award-winning comedian Zarna Garg. Zarna lit up the stage with humor while connecting deeply with our Veterans—spending time with each guest, VIP, and founder she met. Her energy brought joy and laughter to a night already filled with purpose.
The VIP meet-and-greet added another layer of connection, allowing guests to hear firsthand from the entrepreneurs and supporters driving change in the Veteran community.

Fueled by Generosity
Events like Saluting Her Service would not be possible without the amazing donors and sponsors who stand with Warrior Rising. Their generosity ensures that women Veterans have access to the resources, community, and stage they deserve as they launch and grow businesses.
Together, we are not just celebrating—we are building opportunities that last.
