Michael McCloud

Biography

Michael is a proven leader with more than three decades as a marketing professional. He has provided strategic guidance and campaign management for hundreds of brands — both large and small, private and nonprofit — while also playing a significant role in community organizations through contributions of time, energy and funding.

Michael is President and Chairman of MMA Creative, a multi-million dollar marketing firm with offices in four states. The firm provides strategic marketing and brand leadership to hundreds of small, medium and large companies, both private and public, including advising numerous city councils on key initiatives, crisis management and public referendums.

Michael is also President and Board Chairman of the World Food Championships and is responsible for building the first multi-disciplinary food competition for home cooks, pro teams and trained chefs. He partnered with Caesars Entertainment to host the inaugural event in Las Vegas to develop and guarantee the largest prize purse in the food competition industry.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and is also Publisher and Board Chairman of the Upper Cumberland (TN) Business Journal.
