Ken has a solid background in business strategy, policy, planning, analytics, forecasting, financing, marketing, social media, intellectual property, contracting, procedure, and compliance.

Ken worked several years with the Wharton Small Business Development Center, consulted for Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked extensively in tax planning for corporate entities, as well as counseling numerous start-ups over the last 30 years in a variety of industries (manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, banking, e-Commerce, and management consulting).  He has served as Compliance Officer for a 40-person pharmaceutical compounder, having extensive knowledge of FDA practices and has also served as general counsel to two small cap publicly-traded (SEC-registered) companies.  Ken has also held a Project Management Professional certification. With his longstanding experience, Ken also founded and grew his own consulting practice, Force M Advisors (www.ForceMAdvisors.com).

He revived, managed and grew a local Philadelphia Italian-American chamber of commerce into a viable business network in the region.  He was also primarily responsible for the revival and growth of the former Pennsylvania/Delaware/New Jersey Chapter, and now Field Office of Operation Homefront, which provides service members and their families with emergency financial assistance along with budgeting and other counseling.  He was also responsible for organizing morale events and donor fundraising.

Ken supports and works extensively with U.S. military veterans.  He was a former volunteer for the Marines for Life program and has been a mentor with American Corporate Partners and an SDVOSB/VOSB site certification reviewer for the National Veteran Owned Business Association.   He is also a SCORE mentor and has volunteered as a board member for several military related nonprofits, including Vets2Industry Foundation and, particularly, proudly served as Programming Chairman and Board member for Warrior Rising, where he is now Chief of Staff.  Ken has mentored more than 200 veteran businesses as part of the full lifecycle program of Warrior Rising (www.WarriorRising.org).  He is also Chief of Staff for Mission Six Zero (www.MissionSixZero.com).

Ken holds a Bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Widener University School of Law Delaware and a Masters in Law (LL.M.) degree from Villanova University School of Law.  He also studied comparative (EU-US) corporate law at the University of Padua, Italy.
