James (Reggie) Hall

Biography

J. Reggie Hall is the Program Manager for the USAF F-16 Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) Product Support Integration (PSI) Program in Maintenance Operations and Mission Support at Leidos. F-16 AIS/PSI is a $620 Million, Multiple Task Order, 5-year sole source IDC. Reggie has over 35 years of experience in transportation, logistics, strategic planning, and aircraft sustainment in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) including 27 years active duty Air Force service.

He currently supports the 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron at Hill Air Force Base, Utah providing AIS Systems consisting of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), ATE components, Test Program Sets (TPSs), ancillary Support Equipment (SE) hardware and software for fault diagnostic testing and repair of F-16 Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). Automatic Test System (ATS) including the Advanced Computer Avionics Intermediate Shop (AdC AIS), Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (IAIS), Versa module Extensions for Instrumentation Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (VXI-IAIS), Rackmount Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (R-IAIS), AIS ATS Component, Ancillary Support Equipment (SE), and Test Program Set (TPS) system hardware and software requirements for FMS customers.

His PSI activities assist systems engineering processes to identify and resolve program management, data management, engineering, and logistics issues affecting existing operational users and potential new equipment customers. This includes, but is not limited to oversight of test system hardware and software component development and production programs. He also provides a single point, rapid response solution to aircraft procurement and sustainment requirements for USAF and European Participating Air Forces (EPAF)/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.

Reggie holds a Master's Degree in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University. A Master's Degree in Military Operations from USAF Air Command & Staff College. A Master's Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. In addition, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Reggie resides in South Ogden, Utah with his family.
