Monica Mohn has 30 years marketing, consumer promotions and sponsorship development experience. From 1992 – 2000, Monica served as President of Proforte Marketing Group, a San Francisco based niche marketing and promotions agency specializing in consumer campaigns, corporate & charitable sponsorships and retail promotions. Monica worked one-on-one with clients to develop vertically integrated marketing campaigns designed to stimulate consumers, create traffic, generate PR and build brand awareness. Prior to her position at Proforte, Monica worked 5 years in politics; serving in Washington D.C. and later in San Francisco in the Mayor’s office, in a fundraising and special events capacity.
Monica left Proforte to become a full-time mom, dedicating her time to her family and her children’s church and school. After relocationg to Napa in 2005, she served as a consultant to local public benefit campaigns and non-profit organizations utilizing her marketing skills to improve sustainability, broaden community outreach and PR, and expand donor participation. Non-profit clients include: Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs and The Salvation Army.
